As the Founder & CEO of HP5 Consulting, Tracee is known for driving operational excellence, leadership development, and strategic growth across healthcare organizations nationwide.
A native of Jacksonville and deeply rooted in the Jacksonville community, Tracee is committed to giving back and supporting initiatives that uplift families and create opportunity. Tonight, she is proud to support the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus—an organization that transforms young lives through the power of music. Tracee is a member of the Jacksonville Women’s Network, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, American Nurses Association, Women’s Giving Alliance, Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2008, Bold City (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and Gamma Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
A familiar face to the Dancing with the Stars stage, Tracee previously competed in 2017, earning 1st Runner-Up and capturing the audience with her energy, confidence, and presence. Tracee also served as a DWTS Judge in 20XX.
A proud supporter of the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus, Tracee is passionate about giving back and showing up for her community. And just to keep things interesting, she’s joined by her husband Kevin as co-emcee—so yes, there may be a little friendly competition on stage.

When Kevin Holzendorf steps into a room, there’s usually a purpose behind it — and tonight is no different. A seasoned business executive and relationship builder by trade, Kevin has built a career around connecting people, driving IT strategy, and delivering results where it matters most.
As a Client Executive at CDW, Kevin works at the intersection of technology, leadership, and public sector engagement, helping organizations think differently about innovation and long-term impact. By night… well, tonight he’s trading boardrooms for the spotlight.
Kevin is a proud member of the Jacksonville (FL) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and a 2025 Who’s Who Awardee, reflecting both his professional accomplishments and his commitment to community impact. He is also a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville, Class of 2006, and Leadership Florida, Class of 2018, experiences that continue to shape his approach to leadership and service across the state.
Known for his ability to bring people together and move initiatives forward, Kevin is deeply engaged in the Jacksonville community — whether mentoring, supporting local causes, or helping organizations grow with intention and purpose.
While this may not be his first time speaking in front of a crowd, it is one of the few times he’ll admit the performers tonight might outshine him.
Joining him this evening alongside his wife who was his college sweetheart, Tracee, Kevin is ready to keep the energy high, the program moving, and the audience engaged.
