Nicole Hamm is an accomplished executive with a diverse skill set spanning project management, community development, sales coordination, financial analysis, and civic engagement. With a robust educational background and extensive experience across various industries, Nicole excels in leadership roles, driving organizational growth and fostering community well-being.

As the Executive Director of the Blue Zones Project Jacksonville, Nicole spearheads initiatives to enhance community well-being. By leading a team of professionals and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, Nicole drives the implementation of strategic goals and ensures effective resource management to achieve remarkable outcomes.

Nicole actively engages in civic and social matters by being involved with organizations committed to development, connection, and advocacy. As a Jacksonville native, Nicole is passionate about contributing to the future of Jacksonville and creating a city that empowers and inspires the next generation. Nicole was a Jacksonville Children’s Chorus alum in the early 2000s and spent her formidable years in the arts community studying dance at both LaVilla School of the Arts and Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.

Nicole studied supply chain management and human development at Howard University and accounting at Daytona State College. She enjoys volunteering, shopping, cooking, attending events, and exploring Jacksonville’s parks, rivers, and beaches with her friends and loved ones, including her dog, Lil’ Daddy.
