As Owner and President of Crestcom Leadership Development of Northeast Florida, Tony Davis partners with NE Florida companies across all industries to strengthen their culture by developing positively impactful leaders. Drawing on his experience as a former small business owner and corporate sales leader, Tony is passionate about transforming managers into leaders who drive growth, accountability, trust and engagement within their teams.

Tony’s personal leadership philosophy centers on Self-Leadership—the belief that effective leadership begins with leading oneself well. He teaches and models the importance of being fully present for those we lead and maintaining balance through physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. When he’s not coaching business leaders, you can often find Tony outdoors—rucking, running, in the gym, spending time at the beach, or recharging at his home church, The Church of Eleven22.

A proud Jacksonville area resident since 2004, Tony has made Northeast Florida his home and is deeply committed to giving back to the community that has given him so much. He is the proud father of three sons, Reed, 26, Connor, 24 and Trent, 19, and honors the memory of his late wife, Yvette, who passed away in December 2024. Tony is dedicating his Dancing with the Stars performance to her memory and the joy she brought to his life for over 32 years.

Supporting the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus holds a special place in Tony’s heart—helping nurture the next generation’s voices and confidence aligns perfectly with his lifelong passion for leadership, growth, and making a positive impact.
